An Open Letter to America on Abortion

Abortion is Evil

Dear American–Especially the Religious,

*Some descriptive language in this letter is rather gruesome. I do not like dwelling on such things, but this is an extreme time practically screaming for extreme measures.

Have you wondered if wrath is ever justified? I have. Perhaps the only one capable of truly experiencing righteous wrath is God, but I’ve found many stories in scripture where servants of God were so stirred inside that they became as instruments in God’s hands to bring unadulterated evil to justice. Let’s consider some examples of when wrath may and may not be justified. 

Examples of when wrath ISN’T appropriate: the fast food place giving me the wrong order, slow internet speeds, rush-hour traffic, slamming a finger in the car door, dropping a new iPhone in the toilet, and a flat tire during a rainstorm.

Examples of situations that may call for “righteous” wrath: tyranny, disregard for the sanctity of life,  genocide, butchering babies, chopping babies up and selling their body parts, and a nation that tolerates abortion and is more angry over the ethics violation of selling baby organs than it is about “convenience” abortion happening in the first place.

If you aren’t fuming… If you aren’t as mad as a March hare or a stark raving hornet that eat nails, then I recommend that you check under your bonnet for a soul. I stuffed as many “mad” idioms in that sentence as I could think of, but they don’t seem to cover it. What will it take to wake America up–to be stirred up to that sense of goodness and dignity that impels believers to protect children from senseless slaughter? How big of a jolt do we have to feel before we’ll awaken from our apathy?

I’m not calling for Americans to go completely wacko and start blowing things up. I’m just asking each and every person to check yourself to make sure your heart is still beating within your chest. Do you possess the principle of love? If so, how can you sit idly by while America commits genocide on the most vulnerable of its own people? It’s not like I’m asking anyone to feel rebellious anger against God or enmity for that which is good. I am asking everyone who professes to love God and God’s children to stand up and take decisive action while this genocide happens on our watch. That’s the kind of “wrath” of which I speak. It’s the kind that impels good men and women everywhere to stand for what is right.

Are you awake?

This madness is not new. The world has killed over 1 billion babies since 1980. America has butchered over 53 million since 1973. Planned Parenthood has slaughtered nearly 7 million since 1970. Almost 30 thousand babies have been butchered after 16 weeks gestation this year in America. 300 babies worldwide were destroyed in the time it took me to write this paragraph.

An estimated 6-11 million Jews were killed by the Nazis during the holocaust, but America alone has mercilessly slaughtered more than 53 million humans from our own genocide during the last 42 years. Hitler would be very proud of America, and maybe even a little jealous. We’ve worked horrors upon the most vulnerable among us that he must have only dreamed of.

Anger has a time and place. This is the time and place. If we can’t show a little backbone and “righteous” wrath when lucifer has persuaded our own nation to commit genocide against our own children, then we deserve to be destroyed for the degenerate people completely devoid of a single shred of benevolence that we’ve become. I am stunned that this atrocity isn’t the substance of every other post on my Facebook news feed. I hardly see it anywhere other than from 3 or 4 typical organizations that constantly sound the warning.


I get the sense that some believers have convinced themselves that love is a principle of “live and let live” on the issue of abortion. God’s greatest commandments have to do with love. But love what? Love God and neighbor, especially those who are the most vulnerable among us! Who is more vulnerable than the baby sheltered in the womb? And that love, when it actually exists in a person’s heart, will impel them to action in defense of these children. 

Consider these two rather gruesome examples.

Men, would you show love for your neighbor’s daughter by standing there watching while she’s beaten to within an inch of her life? Would you even consider that intervening might be an inconvenience, or (gasp) an offensive gesture, to the perp that’s bludgeoning her skull with a baseball bat?

Women, would you show love for your 8-yr-old nephew by watching out the front window while a 47-yr-old neighbor slowly extinguishes his life? Would it even cross your mind that to storm outside rushing to the defense of your kin would sure be an inconvenience, maybe even a direct challenge, to that neighbor?

Have we become as the priest and the Levite who passed by the half-dead man? Or would we be as the good Samaritan who had compassion and bound up the wounds and took care of him to nurse him back to health?

The truth is that Christlike love isn’t indifference. In fact, indifference is evidence of the bane of love. A sincere love of good and God inspires men and women to take action in defense of the lives of children. This is one of those times that calls for action.


American, today in your name butchers are dismembering babies (who can feel pain, if that makes a difference to you) in the most vile and evil manner. Did that sentence even make you blink? Seriously. Reread it. Read it over and over again until it sinks in. While we sit here being entertained, women are laying in slaughterhouses while crazed animals (convenience abortion doctors) are barbarically tearing apart the baby’s flesh, bone, and sinew.

We Americans are accountable for this. Will we continue allowing “doctors” to butcher babies in our name? Or will we stand?



Demand that your elected leaders cease funding abortion with your money and that they protect life here and here.

Dear Elected Representative,

America is committing genocide on your watch. I demand that you instantly put a stop to tax-payer funding for Planned Parenthood and any other institution that performs “convenience” abortions. I also demand that you immediately put an end to “convenience” abortion. I believe that God will hold America–you and I–accountable for this genocide.

Stop supporting corporations that fund abortion. Learn about them here and here. It is irrelevant whether they donate directly or as a match program; if they donate they donate–period.

Acknowledge that abortion is sustained by career politicians and lobbyists in all political parties. Support true constitutional conservatives like Ted Cruz here who won’t just say they’ll fight to end this genocide to get your vote, but they’ll actually do it.

Support and share pro-family ideals on social media that help people avoid the types of scenarios (like unwed pregnancy) that often lead to abortion here.

Fight against the onslaught of pornography, which plague has significantly contributed to the cavalier attitudes our society has toward life and morality here.

And make the loudest and most incessant noise that you can possibly make in every corner of the internet. Make the noise en masse–all together for all to hear. And never relent until we have the victory. If our government will not end this genocide, we are duty bound to end it ourselves. These babies can’t speak and fight for themselves when the cold touch of steel cuts them limb from limb, so we must speak and fight for them.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. We published this document. These are our words. This is our duty.



Realize and remember that while you sit in your chair at work or your couch at home, a helpless baby girl’s skull is being crushed in your name and with the blessing of our government while her limbs are being ripped from her body, often because one or more of the parents felt stressed over finances, relationships, education, or parenting challenges.

What has our progressive society of moral relativism prescribed? If you’re in debt, let us tear your baby limb from limb. If you’ve got bad communication in your relationship, never fret, we can crush your baby’s skull. If you’re not ready to be a parent, it’s okay, we’ll just pull off your baby’s arm like a rag doll. After all, it’s the compassionate thing to do.

If this article makes you uncomfortable, then maybe there’s still hope for us. I promise you that I didn’t like writing it. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever written.
